Her career spans the Los Angeles Police Department, where she rose through the ranks in specialized investigative and leadership roles, to serving as the Assistant Chief of Operations at the University of Southern California.
Dr. Burke advises Fortune 500 companies, government agencies, and non-profits on security strategy, business continuity, workplace violence prevention, and executive leadership development. She has partnered with organizations such as Starbucks, the Bureau of Justice Assistance, Ellison Institute, and the Institute for Intergovernmental Research, designing programs that integrate seamlessly with organizational culture and deliver measurable ROI.
