Ed is a seasoned global security executive with over 35 years of leadership across federal law enforcement, multinational corporations, and international events. Most recently, he served as Vice President of Security for Latin America at NBCUniversal and Telemundo Enterprises, where he directed enterprise security strategy across the region. Prior to that, Ed held senior roles at The Coca-Cola Company and the U.S. Department of State’s Diplomatic Security Service, where his assignments included Madrid, Bogotá, Mexico City, Athens, and more. His career has spanned ten Olympic Games, three FIFA World Cups, and several National Special Security Events, where he served in DHS-designated leadership roles.
Ed began his public service as a police officer in Montgomery County, Maryland. He is a fluent Spanish speaker with deep expertise in executive protection, crisis management, and international risk. He is a Senior Advisor of Corporate Security, LATAM at CSA.
