Luis S. Fraticelli is an accomplished security and risk management executive with more than 39 years of leadership experience spanning federal law enforcement and the global financial sector. His career reflects a deep commitment to operational excellence, strategic foresight, and enterprise resilience.
A former senior executive with the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI), Luis is a fluent Spanish speaker and a recognized authority in public corruption, fraud, insider threat mitigation, and crisis and special event management. During his tenure with the FBI, he held several critical leadership roles, including Deputy Assistant Director of the Critical Incident Response Group and Special Agent in Charge of the San Juan Field Office.
Transitioning to the private sector, Luis served as Managing Director of Security & Investigations at Citigroup, where he led regional security operations and fraud investigations across 23 countries in North and Latin America.
