Scott is a security and asset protection leader with more than 30 years of experience in the retail industry. His work spans enterprise security risk management, loss prevention, business continuity and fraud mitigation. He helps leaders understand how security risks affect their people, operations and business performance.
Scott built his career at American Eagle Outfitters, progressing from store operations and regional loss prevention roles to Chief Global Asset Protection Officer and Chief Security Officer. He has led efforts to protect stores, corporate operations and supply chains while addressing organized retail crime, cargo theft, emerging threats and digital fraud. His approach brings security, legal, technology and operations teams together to identify gaps and act on them.
A U.S. Marine Corps veteran, Scott brings an operational perspective to complex security challenges. He is committed to building teams and programs that help organizations remain safe places to work and shop. Scott serves as Practice Area Lead, Consumer and Retail, at CSA.
